Lovingly furnished holiday serviceman's apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but we are only 9 km from the state capital, Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for people passing through, families with children (good destinations for day trips), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax payable on site: €2.40 per day for adults Children up to the age of 15 are free. A great deal of emphasis was placed on making the space child-friendly.

Vacation in an 84 m² apartment with good amenities and connection to Linz. For a maximum of 4 people. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults in a double bed, 1 adult in a large single bed, 1 child under 2 years in a crib. The private apartment forms the upper floor of a two-family house in a beautiful location near the city limits of Linz. Children are welcome, but the property is not considered child-safe by Airbnb definition (e.g. no window lock or separate thermostats).
