Lovingly furnished holiday serviceman's apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but we are only 9 km from the state capital, Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for people passing through, families with children (good destinations for day trips), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and holidaymakers. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax payable on site: €2.40 per day for adults Children up to the age of 15 are free. A great deal of emphasis was placed on making the space child-friendly.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes.
