We were super satisfied, very clean! The host was super quick to respond and informed us about things beforehand. We only had problems finding the right door, but a dear neighbor helped us right away. We'll be back for sure 😊

Excellently located apartment with lots of space directly on the Hauptplatz, a stone's throw from the tram stop. Incredibly central. Lots of nice art, paintings and furniture in the apartment, a kitchen with 2 separate bathrooms. Just to note, the wifi was not strong enough for me to work at the kitchen table so I had to work in the bedroom where there is no desk. Overall an excellent apartment!

Spacious and comfortable as if at home, the check-in process is like a treasure hunt, just entering it as a strange factory, surprised after entering the room, clean and bright, countless sockets and towels, completely beyond our expectations, it is a very interesting accommodation experience, if you come to Linz, I recommend you to try it

a great place to stay if one is in Linz. There is a Hofer located very close and the tram lines 1 and 2 are just a few minutes walk down the street. The apartment was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Andrea was a nice and kind hostess. The house met our expectations exactly, super great. Andrea has organised a magnifying mirror especially for us. It is also great that you can get fresh rolls and pastries every morning in two minutes. The view of the mountains is simply fascinating. We'll be back.

Christian was always available if you had any questions. The apartment and location is nice and quiet and you didn't really feel like a guest, but like home. :-)

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We had a great time in a wonderful house. With the range of children's attractions and toys, it is like a paradise for children. This way, you can easily get through rainy days. Eike and Verena are very great hosts, lots of good tips and always great communication. Many things are simply available and Verena and Eike think well about what you might need. All around a successful stay for us. Thank you for that!
