Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. Cottage with loft bed, but also a comfortable sofa bed. Private toilet, but single shower. Small kitchen with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Simple accommodation for those who wish for a peaceful, simple accommodation close to the forest, yet central. Underfloor heating, very nice for daughter's cold days. The kitchen lacks a stove, but a small fridge and microwave are available to heat food.

I stayed at the apartment for 5 months and everything was great. Lena and Bo are super friendly and helped me when needed. The apartment is very quiet, despite the big street on which it is located. The balcony is beautiful and also warms up very quickly as soon as the sun shines.

Patrik has a dog himself and my pup had a friend while we stayed there! The little house has everything you need and if there is anything you need to ask, Patrik and his family are right next door! We liked staying with Johan very much, the location is really fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is also comfortably furnished. Communication with Johan was super easy and he is very hospitable. We only had a small problem with ants, but that wasn't too bad. We were able to visit many other animals and catch a few great fish in the lake! Highly recommended ☺️

Our holiday in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours usually only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, petrol station. Friendly, attentive care by h Kerstin. Would love to come back!

Maria has been an great host, very responsive and flexible. The place is exactly as per the pictures and description. It was ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was extremely clean and cosy. In the kitchen you have absolutely everything needed. We will definitely come back. Thank you Maria.
