In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Charming house in the countryside with lush garden, large terrace and glassed-in patio. Here you live quiet and cozy but still close to the city – train station and ICA are reachable in 5 minutes, bus in 2 minutes and about 20 minutes to Linköping. The house has newly renovated bathroom and laundry room, fresh kitchen with dishwasher, recreation room as a bedroom, fireplace and an upstairs with two smaller beds. Perfect for both relaxation, excursions or the work trip!

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
