House on the Farm

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. Cottage with loft bed, but also a comfortable sofa bed. Private toilet, but single shower. Small kitchen with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Simple accommodation for those who wish for a peaceful, simple accommodation close to the forest, yet central. Underfloor heating, very nice for daughter's cold days. The kitchen lacks a stove, but a small fridge and microwave are available to heat food.

Welcome to Ginkelösa Nygården! The grand piano building (T.V. in helicopter picture) gives you as guest a private home with very high standard in rural setting only 10min from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathroom + sauna and outdoor hot tub. Chargers for electric cars are available for a fee. This home is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang, or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!
