Lilla Dalvik

Welcome to our small newly-renovated "compact-living" house in Borensberg. From the pavilion, which is next to the house, you have a view of Göta hotel in the unique Göta canal environment. The house is best suited for 2 adults or a small family. Parking outside the house and access to garden. In the summer, the village comes alive as many tourists come to visit. Close to a large swimming area, restaurants, grocery stores, bicycle and kayak rentals. Nice walking and cycling paths are located along the canal and along Lake Boren.

Cottage in a rural setting.

The cottage is from the 1800s with timber logs as walls, the sleeping loft was formerly a grain storage, enjoy the beautiful nature that takes you through the oak grove down to the lake. Feel free to borrow the rowboat. Life jackets (not for children) and fishing rods are available. A 10-minute walk leads you to Karlshult Nature Reserve. On the farm, there are dogs, cats, sheep and chickens. 1 double bed, 1 120 cm bed and a smaller sofa bed. NOTE: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep. Cleaning is not included.

Stuga and Rimforsa.

A nice accommodation in Rimforsa near Lake Åsunden and Järnlunden where it is nice to swim, canoe and fish. We have a kitchen with all the amenities, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, patio with barbecue and a sofa bed in case one or two people want to come along. Shop, restaurant & swimming area are within walking distance. Activities: Hiking, boating, tennis, paddle, viewpoints, rock climbing, caves, MTB facility, skating (winter), canoeing, cycling and fishing. Bicycles and canoes are available to borrow.

Newly built luxury beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.
