Borensberg (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike) offers swimming areas, mini golf courses, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, interior design stores, good public transport and pharmacies. Upon your arrival, we welcome you and go through all the practicalities that come with an off-grid home. Welcome!

Here you will live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to the Göta Canal and within walking distance to Bergs locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large conservatory and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get to Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but with extra beds and sofa bed, I can accommodate up to 9 people. Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

This cottage from the 1800s is fully modern with e.g. TV, Dishwasher, but it has still been important for us to renovate this in the old style so that you can walk on the real scrub floors or sit down in front of one of the house's fireplaces and feel the winds of time. Everything from doors to wallpaper and small details breathe the 19th century in this cottage. Walking distance to a small municipal beach with jetty. Suitable for both children and adults.
