Here you live in a unique home with 6 m ceiling height, large social areas and a wonderful mix of modern comfort and southern European rural design. In the main house, there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large dining area. Outside there is a lounge area, dining area, barbecues, and a beautiful orangery with a fireplace. Guest house with room for up to 4 people, with private bathroom, kitchenette and washing machine.

With a crackling fire in the fireplace, multiple TVs with Netflix and large sofas to relax on, it's a holiday no matter the weather. On the grass there is a trampoline, sandbox and swings for the children. The house has an open floor plan that accommodates lovely open social areas between the kitchen, dining area and living room. There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a laundry room. This accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people. Please write the reason for renting and age.

Relax with the great company in this peaceful home. Here you live alone with the forest as a neighbor, 15 minutes from Norrköping city center. There is a large garden with plenty of space. At the back, there is a heated pool that is about 28 degrees during the summer, a hot tub that is normally closed during the summer. * 25 minutes to Linköping. * 35 minutes to Kolmården Zoo. * 10 minutes to the nearest swimming lake (Mårängen) * 25 minutes to Söderköping and their famous ice cream restaurant "Smultronstället"

Husfasad med skjutpartier och över vattnet en hängbrygga några steg från köket. Båten ligger vid bryggan och läget är insynsskyddat. Nybyggda hus och 2024 ett nytt uterum. 7 sängar varav 2 i Annexet. På loftet bäddar för barn/ungdomar. Annex med kokvrå, dusch/varmvatten och förbränningstoalett.

Ni har tillgång till strand och badplats, perfekt för somriga dopp och stillsamma stunder vid vattnet. Skogen runt knuten erbjuder fina promenader, löpturer samt svamp- och bärplockning i säsong. Stugan har 6 rymliga sängar och passar utmärkt för familjer, större sällskap eller flera par. Boendet är nyligen renoverat och har tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin och fräscht badrum.

Guest are welcome to enjoy the out door area, a large kitchen, living room and TV-room. The Kinda area is known for its peacefulness, beautiful lakes and forests.
