An idyllic spot with a lake view. First floor with a large terrace and views of Lake Roxen and Linköping's city skyline. Regardless of the season, you can enjoy hilly forests and meadows. A short walk leads to the lake, the beach and a public swimming area. 18 minutes to Linköping city centre and 5 minutes to the biggest attraction on the Göta Canal, Bergs locks. Please note that bedroom 5 is the passageway to bedrooms 3 and 4. The house has a bathroom, an extra toilet and a separate shower with sauna and hot tub. Suitable for 5–6 guests for longer stays.

Here you will live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to the Göta Canal and within walking distance to Bergs locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large conservatory and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get to Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but with extra beds and sofa bed, I can accommodate up to 9 people. Only rent for a minimum of 3 nights

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly-renovated accommodation located in a rural setting. Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next. You can find your own swimming spot in nature 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with its own parking, garden and entrance separate from the main building.

Lugnt och fridfullt boende endast en mil utanför Linköping. Boendet är fullt möblerad med sovplatser för 6 personer i form av en tre enkelsängar, en bäddsoffa med plats för två samt en soffa. Köket är utrustad med spis, ugn, kyl/frys, diskmaskin, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare mm. Det finns en altan med tillhörande bord och stolar med utsikt ut över åkrar. Två badrum med dusch. Sänglinne och badhanddukar ingår ej. Fri tillgång till wifi. Städning av boendet ska utföras innan avfärd.
