Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Lake Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. SUP boards are available for hire. There are nice swimming areas, jogging tracks, illuminated trails, an outdoor gym, and cycling and hiking trails, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You will stay in a newly built house of 36 sqm with room for 2-3 people and your own furnished outdoor area. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal are included. During the peak season from May to September, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

The accommodation is situated next to the Sandsjöbacka Nature Reserve, which is known for its extensive hiking trails, heathland and forest lakes. Thanks to the proximity of the E6 motorway, you can quickly reach several destinations in the area by car. Gothenburg / Liseberg 15 mins Mölndal Kungsbacka 10 mins Saltwater swimming on the West Coast 15 mins There is a commuter train station 2 km away (free parking). Liseberg Station: 11 minutes. Gothenburg Central Station: 17 minutes.

Rural location with proximity to the big city. With 2 km to the nearest swimming area, 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg or 200 meters to the nearest bus stop, you have great choices for what the day has to offer. This apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor where the toilet and hall are located. Upstairs is a kitchen with a dining area. 1 double bed + 1 40 cm thick air mattress for 2. Baby cot and high chair available. The apartment was completed in 2024. Everything is in new condition. Electric car charging station is available for advance payment.

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cabin has one room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate, simple shower with hot water, which is located about 50 meters from the cottage. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be purchased for SEK 100/set. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 300. Failure to clean will be charged at 400:-

Summerhouse

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe, and walk down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. To Landvetter airport, it takes 23 minutes to drive. Warm welcome!

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
