The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso machine, pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave oven and refrigerator. The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit, trampoline and BBQ.

In de zomer is een frisse duik in de Maas mogelijk. Het luxe tiny house is van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is uitgerust met de meest moderne apparatuur. Een supermarkt bevind zich op dezelfde weg.

A beautiful & attractively built cozy cottage, with lots of glass so that when you sit inside by the wood stove, you can still enjoy nature outside. The cottage is built with oak from the land & clay of the Maas nearby. The construction was made with so-called pen hole connections & the walls are filled with clay & straw, which together gives a very unique & natural impression. Upstairs in the comfortable double bed you have an amazing view over the country. Maybe you'll see a deer!

Nijmegen city center (8 km) is 15-20 minutes away. A bus stop with direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.

The cabin has its own toilet and sink, and on our grounds, you will find a luxury sanitary building and a sauna. The outdoor kitchen has the basic needs for cooking. There is a fridge, stove and a French press. You can have a wonderful picnic under the stretch tent.
