What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. And that’s a fact.

Romantic 2-person Bedstee Ensuite & Garden

Charming cool room with stylish decor. Unique is the 2-person bedstee (145cm wide) at this farmhouse in '22 renovated with Ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. In the original "part", private living room for breakfast, relaxing, training on rowing machine or enjoying a view of the garden. Wooden annex provided in the garden. On hot days, it stays nice and cool under large oak. Possibility for breakfast and to enjoy 3-course menu freshly prepared by Belgian hobby chef.

We would love to welcome you to our early 1930s home with stained glass exterior, for authentic country hospitality and relaxation. A stopover between Germany (20min drive) and Belgium (20min drive), or a day of shopping at the famous outlet in Roermond (10min drive, and 20min bus ride). We offer a private apartment with 3 beds, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Breakfast on request.

Country house the Upper Forest

The Upper Forest is rural in the Geul Valley of the rustic Epen, surrounded by rolling meadows, fruit orchards, hollow roads and green hills of the South Limburg country. You can stay overnight in one of the 12 characteristic rooms in the farmhouse. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In addition, on the ground floor there is a cozy living room with fireplace and you can use a terrace with beautiful views. (Woutje)

B&B Hoeve bei Vosselen - Opkamer

Deze charmante woonboerderij uit 1816 herbergt drie stijlvolle B&B tweepersoons kamers met eigen badkamer: de opkamer, de tuinkamer en de voorkamer. Daarnaast is er een gezellige gezamenlijke ontbijtruimte waar je ook spelletjes kunt spelen en ten alle tijden koffie en thee kunt pakken. Bij mooi weer kun je van de tuin gebruik maken, waar ook ontbijt geserveerd kan worden met eitjes van eigen kippen. Ontbijtservice: €12,50 per persoon.

On the 1st floor of our house we offer a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
