Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!

The apartment is nice, cozy and clean, just as advertised. Public transport is easy to reach, but most places in the city are in walking distance. Petra is a fabulous host, very kind and providing support whenever needed. I can highly recommend this AirBnB to everyone who is planning to spend some time in Maastricht, especially also for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful week in cottage "Lief". Actually, no criticisms. Everything was very complete and well arranged. The communication was smooth, friendly and clear, very pleasant. We had a very nice weekend! Maastricht is easily accessible by train. You are calm, tidy and everything was in order.

It is a great place; the house is sparkling clean, everything you need is present and more than that ... Bottle of wine, some nuts and a bone for the dogs as a welcome , how nice is that! Nice place to do all sorts of things in the area from here. For us, it was two days in Maastricht and a day touring with the convertible. The Mergelland route. Great fun to drive. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. We were warmly welcomed and given a brief explanation. It is also nice and quiet. See you next time!

One of the most beautiful apartments I have ever seen! The location is key: close to the train station and to the city center. I used the washing/drying machines and they worked perfectly. Definitely will book it next time when visiting Maastricht again.

Very nice contact! I am more than satisfied. You should only keep in mind that the accommodation is not directly in the city, but in a beautiful nature reserve with a lot of peace. If you want to go to the city, you can get there on foot in 25 minutes and with the bicycles provided in 10 minutes. Once again, a big thank you to the hosts. Regards, Dirk

Excellent apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment is sparkling clean and everything is available.

Warm welcome by Nick with explanation. Spacious renovated apartment with all the comforts. What is not (yet) seen on the pictures is the 4-burner electric hob and combi-microwave/oven. Oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee, and tea are provided. The bed sleeps wonderfully! Walking distance to Roermond bus and train station. The city is also within easy reach. For people with difficulty: you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The apartment was great, very comfortable beds and freshly clean sheets, each room has a shower which is so convenient. Also in a perfect location in the center. Our hosts were super responsive and communicated well. All instructions were clear. Very lovely stay and would highly recommend this place !

The location was perfect, right in the center with the Christmas markets and caves within walking distance. Communication with Peter was good. Highly recommended!
