In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. The house is contemporary in design with water views. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy verandas, 1 of which has a wood stove. The bathroom with a rain shower is experienced by guests as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor, there is a king-size double bed and a good single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a wonderful game of football or badminton!
