Monthly Rentals in Lille

Had a great week at this place! Everything is clean, well-equipped and super convenient with the metro within 2 minutes walk and a Lidl 10 minutes top time. The neighborhood is quiet, making the stay even more enjoyable. Big plus: Johan is top! He let me know in advance that I could check in when I wanted, without waiting for the time shown on the app. And the icing on the cake, he even sent me back in the mail the T-shirts I had forgotten about. Really a thoughtful host, I would 100% recommend!

Suited our purposes extremely well, staying for a week during the Braderie. Excellent location in the old town. Very well equipped apartment and Clara provided helpful and clear instructions for check-in. Overall excellent.

My husband and I stayed for three weeks with our three pets, and everything was great. The place is a 3-minute walk from the Grand Place, 10 minutes from the train station, and 15 minutes from Citadelle Park—literally in the heart of Lille. There’s great access to restaurants, bars, pastry shops, and excellent shopping. The place was clean and well-equipped. If you’re staying long-term, you might want to ask Aude for some extra towels and bed linens. We didn’t request any since we were moving to France and had bought our own, but I’m sure Aude would have arranged them promptly. Aude and Francesco were always responsive and friendly with any issues we had.

I stayed at the host Etienne's house for three months and had an excellent stay. The house is great, everything is new, and it met all my expectations. The location of the residence is very good, just a few minutes from two metro lines. It is close to the main tourist attractions of the city. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The host was always very helpful, friendly, and ready to assist me with any problem. I had a wonderful time in Lille, and the great accommodation certainly contributed to making everything very pleasant during this period.
