In a house with a preserved character, you will have a whole floor for you (35 m2) with bathroom and toilet (private), a very comfortable bed 160 cm, a desk, and a dining area (microwave and small fridge but no stove or sink (sink in the bathroom). You will be independent and quiet.

This bright and pleasant house is located on a quiet street close to the city center (10-minute walk). It has a small garden overlooking the trees of a park. Metro line 1 (towards Stade Pierre Mauroy) is a 5-minute walk away (Gambetta stop). V'Lilles (bicycles) are available all around. Les Halles de Wazemmes are 350 m away. During the month of August, possibility of having a private (free) and secure air parking space 40 m from the house on the same street.
