Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

"La Rivière" Very nice house by the water

House on the banks of the Loing, from 1 to 6 guests. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

⚠️ Attention, jardin actuellement en travaux (fév à juin 2026) ! Endroit agréable pour les amoureux de la nature et de la simplicité. La maisonnette se situe dans notre jardin, accessible par le chemin de dalles et est composée de deux pièce. Le séjour est équipé d'un espace cuisine avec table à manger et 2 chaises, ainsi qu'un coin canapé et télé. Puis, il y a la chambre aménagée d'un lit 2 places, d'une penderie et d'un bureau, avec une salle de douche. (Logement non fumeur)
