[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Enjoy a stylish experience. Located in the city center, accessible by transport and close to all amenities, the apartment offers a prime location. It is a central point between the cities of Fontainebleau, Melun, Provins and Sens. Paris is accessible by train in less than an hour. At the confluence of the Seine and the Yonne, enjoy walks along the waterfront. The city is also known for being the site of a Napoleonic battle.

The Bidou

Studio created in a semi-basement, built from recycled materials, with a new sofa bed Quiet thanks to its insulation, despite a nearby railway line. As we are a foster home for abandoned animals, our four-legged friends are naturally welcome. However, we prefer that they not stay alone in an unfamiliar environment to avoid any damage. We have invested a lot of time and money to offer you a cosy little nest.

La Grange de Misy

Charming 15 m2 studio in the heart of a delightful little village nestled between the Yonne and the fields. A small terrace will allow you to dine outdoors if the weather permits. Located 20 km from Sens, 30 km from Fontainebleau, 32 km from Provins and its medieval city, 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 90 km from Paris (less than an hour by train). 10 minutes from all amenities.

Alex's studio

Trechy, municipality of Saint-Germain-Laval located in the countryside in a very quiet area, 10 minutes drive you will find many restaurants, as well as shopping malls. Alexis' studio is located between Fontainebleau, a tourist town with its castle and Provins, a small medieval town. Many walks to take around Alexis' studio. See you soon
