The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountain climbing village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lien Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a magnificent secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

The location also leaves nothing to be desired, with restaurants as well as the leisure center, natural swimming pond, climbing tower, soccer and tennis court as well as shooting range, within walking distance. In addition, the Heiligenblut am Großglockner ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes. After a long day of skiing, you can relax perfectly in the infrared cabin.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The modernly equipped 80 m2 apartment, with views of the Lien Dolomites for max. 6 people is located in a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Lienz. Various shops, children's playgrounds and an illuminated foot and bike path can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Ski resorts, golf course, outdoor park, Tristachersee , national park, are about 10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed.

There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Clay Cottage with Lake View

The brand new cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
