Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Alpine lodge with magnificent views

Abschalten im historischen Almhaus , Ruhe und Aussicht genießen. Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Schifahren, Langlaufen, Bergsteigen, Raften.. Heizen mit Holz solltest du können! Holzherd in der Küche Kachelofen (Stube) Strompaneele (Schlafzimmer) Holz, Strom, Tourismuspauschale sind extra zu bezahlen. Strom 45 Cent pro kWh Holz 120 euro pro Festmeter Tourismuspauschale 2,30 /Tag/Person herrliches Quellwasser Betten sind auch historisch und daher auch nur cirka 190cm lang.

The attic apartment for max. 2 people plus a child in the middle of Lienz with lots of peace and quiet. The 32 m² apartment is located on the second floor and has a French balcony. Suite no. 7 amenities Living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, sofa, TV, Bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm and wardrobe Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, air conditioning, baby cot, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, smoke detector, travel set and toiletries.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Dolomitenblick Vacation Rental

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The modernly equipped 80 m² apartment, overlooking the Lienz Dolomites for max. 6 people is located in a quiet area about 5 km from Lienz. Various shops, children's playgrounds and an illuminated foot and bike path are within a 10-minute walk. Ski resorts, golf course, outdoor park, Lake Tristach, national park, are about 10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed.

In den neuen Ferienwohnung auf 1.400 Metern Höhe können Sie den Ausblick über das Tal genießen. Hier bekommen Sie einmalige Einblicke in den selten gewordenen Alltag von Bergbauern und kommen in den Genuss der Gastfreundschaft der Familie Haberer. Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

Kraßhof - Farm Stay in Eastern Tyrol

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
