Holiday rentals with a patio in Lichfield District

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

I had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend to others! It was comfortable and spacious in the living area and bedroom and everything was functional and easy to use. Instructions for check in and pool/ping pong table were clear and I was left to it which was nice but I felt that I could absolutely reach out if I needed anything at all! Excellent all round

Had a great stay in Donna's apartment in the Old Vicarage. Lovely peaceful surroundings and very secure and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Inside, the apartment had everything you needed together with ample supplies of tea/coffee/milk. Walking distance to amenities or a couple of minutes in the car. All as described by the hosts.

perfect location for a little exploring in the city, everything was so close and yet still a very nice comfortable and quiet place to stay :)

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.

Lovely cosy house - beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The little back garden was a real bonus. Highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at! Jane was a lovely host, so responsive and helpful, and had thought of everything! Property was spotless and well stocked, especially the kitchen which had everything you could need. All beds were very comfortable, showers and bath were fabulous! We stayed with our three year old and one year old, the house is very child friendly and baby safe. Location is ideal for the short walk to Tutbury and for drives around the local area. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Adam’s place. He was very responsive and the house was super clean and cozy. Perfectly located for me to stay close to family. Kitchen well equipped and beds are super comfy. Bath tub was a dream! Thanks again Adam!

Very well finished property in a lovely area of Nottingham. Very clear instructions of how to get there and came with a helpful guidebook of the area.

Comfy beds slept like a log. 3 big bedrooms. Lots of parking area on the drive.

Emma and Ian are amazing hosts! We have lost count of how many times we have stayed here; it truly feels like home every single time. This visit, we noticed some lovely upgrades, and as always, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, including some delightful treats in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

I had a really lovely stay – the house is beautifully done, spotless throughout and in such a peaceful location. It was a perfect base for a course I was doing nearby, and being so close to a couple of big supermarkets was also super convenient. The bed was incredibly comfy and all the instructions for the house were really clear, which made everything super easy. The kitchen was great – both the oven and fridge were spotlessand there was such a generous range of condiments, tea, coffee and bits in the fridge available to use. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it feel really welcoming. A huge thank you to Dayna for being so kind and understanding during my stay – it meant a lot. I also really appreciated the offer of a flexible check-out, even though I didn’t end up needing it. Would absolutely recommend this place to others – it’s a lovely home and Dayna is so thoughtful! Another excellent and very comfy stay for the two nights we were there. The Wren is in a beautiful location and we made the very most of it during our very short stay. We had come to Burton from Somerset to attend a funeral and the the location of the Wren not only shortened our journey to the Crematorium but also provided a perfect location for a beautiful walk afterwards to help us get over our loss. I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Beautifully decorated with great furniture. Spotlessly clean, stunning bathroom. Loved the little balcony and seating area. Would highly recommend. My only disappointment… all the books by the bed. I wanted to take them home and read them all. I will definitely be booking again. Lots of stunning places to visit we particularly liked Ironbridge and Much Wenlock. Great host, very friendly x

I had a lovely stay at this condo. The space is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with a peaceful balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for me as I was working at the theatre around the corner, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable throughout. I accidentally checked out late due to mixing up my dates, and the host was very kind and understanding about it, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!

A lovely stay in Wirksworth and so glad that we booked this place!! The décor throughout is lovely and boutique style with a very cosy and homely atmosphere. We stayed here for 4 nights and wished we’d booked for a couple more as there’s plenty to do in the local area. Angus was very responsive and on the first evening sent a message to make sure we had checked-in all okay, which was a nice touch. Only recommendation that I can find is to make sure you take some kitchen roll & surface spray as these little things can easily get forgotten when visiting places as this isn’t supplied. All in all, would love to visit again!

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼
