THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a small hot tub, terrace, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, an open kitchen/living room that is a lovely social area with a lovely fireplace, and a laundry room. No parties, kick-offs, or work/conferences are allowed.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Cozy 30-square-meter cottage. 20 min to Gekås in Ullared. 100 m to the lake/dock and the forest right at your doorstep. The cottage sleeps four, 2 down in the living room and sleeps 2 in the loft. The cabin has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower and chemical toilet. Everything with table and four seats facing the lake. Guests are welcome to borrow a rowing boat and pedal boat, 2 life jackets 10-20 kg /20-30 kg and fishing equipment included in the rental . Bedlinen/Towels are included.

Katthuset

In the lingonberry forest lies the tiny, tiny cat house with no right angles. The cat house offers peace and quiet and shelter from rain and debris. You sleep in a 140 cm bed with clean bed linen. In Katthuset, there is a kettle, microwave, heating and a dryer. There is a private outdoor toilet and shower next door. There is an option to buy a simpler breakfast to eat in the house, on the porch or alternatively in the Drakhuset. The accommodation is located one mile from Ullared with the large Gekås department store.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Here you can enjoy our beautiful nature from both the living room and bedroom and you can also walk freely in our nature. It is close to Hallandsleden. Here's everything you need for a nice vacation or accommodation. We are used to having guests with us and give you full service if you want something special. There is also a hot tub overlooking the beautiful scenery that you can borrow by arrangement.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Paradiset Backen near Gekås Ullared

Relax with family and friends in this peaceful accommodation located on a hill with beautiful views of nature. The house has two floors and the total area is 230 sqm, plus a basement and garage.
