Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

From this bright, independent 37m² studio with a south-facing aspect, you can enjoy the seaside and the long coastal trails. L'Houmeau beach is 1.5 km away and offers magnificent sunsets. The heart of La Rochelle is 5 km away by bike. Ideal for a couple looking for peace and relaxation, close to all shops on foot or by bike.
