Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

From this bright, independent 37m² studio with a south-facing aspect, you can enjoy the seaside and the long coastal trails. L'Houmeau beach is 1.5 km away and offers magnificent sunsets. Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
