Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

L'Houmeau, villa with pool

Close to the ocean and Ile de Ré, downtown La Rochelle, this fully privatized accommodation offers a relaxing stay. The very well secured swimming pool is heated from June to September, October. Warm home, family, friends will feel "at home". Everything has been made available so that the stay can be as pleasant as possible (excellent bedding). No nuisance around.
