Everything is new, for 4 people in a very quiet hamlet, direct view of the Châteliers Abbey, the sea is less than 100 m away, small sea view from the house. You will have 2 bedrooms to rest in, 1 with a 160 bed and the 2nd with 2 80 beds that can be brought together to make a 160. Large shower room with Velux, toilet, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with green space and private petanque court.

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.
