Holiday rentals with lake access in Lez

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

We stayed here with a group of 10 friends. The accommodation is very spacious and ideal for large groups with or without children. The swimming pool is not too big but provides a wonderful cooling. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where few cars or people pass, so no noise. There is sufficient material available (such as cutlery, plates, seating) and the rooms are spacious and well laid out (sufficient beds, bathrooms & toilets). The communication went very smoothly, both before and during the stay. Definitely recommended!

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Perfect stay! Christine is a particularly welcoming, kind and smiling person. The house matches the photos and description. When we arrived everything was very clean and there were small gifts for an aperitif, happiness! The house is very well equipped, we really need to think of nothing, there is everything we could need. We came in early March and during this time the environment was super quiet. The beach is a 5min drive and offers beautiful sunsets as well as long walks on the sand. We also slept very well. The bathrooms are beautiful, modern and very functional as well as the kitchen. The garden is fully fenced which is very convenient if you come with dogs or children, it's totally safe. Anyway, our dog felt great here. I thank Christine for accepting dogs! We'll be back, sure!

We had a fantastic time at Stephan's house. It's a wonderful place to stay, with everything you could want to spend some unforgettable days. The house is just as seen in the photos and, being his home, it lacks nothing. It is also in a quiet area and very well located to get to know Montpelier and the beautiful Languedoc region. Stephan was always attentive to our needs quickly and with good advice. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

When we arrived, we were very well received by our very welcoming host. He showed us the very spacious premises and a beautiful setting with sea and pond views. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. We didn't have direct contact with the hosts, but the exchanges were clear, quick and efficient. Le Petit Nid is aptly named. The living room is large and bright, the view splendid, the apartment well appointed and equipped, it is quiet. We spent 5 wonderful days there. Only two things to consider especially for PRMs or (a little) elderly people: the stairs are indeed steep and it is not always possible to park in front, the closest being the parking lot of Le Plantier located about 200m away. Otherwise, nothing to repeat, thank you again!

The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

We spent a week in the cottage and was a real delight. Charlotte and her family are very attentive. If we get a chance to come back we'll come back here without hesitation. The pool is great for relaxing

Sylvie was a really great host! We did not met her in person but everything was organized so well. The house and garden are great. We actually did not use the full space of the house because the garden is a great place to have a barbecue, just relax in the outdoor chairs or we brought our own hammock which we hang between the trees. There are a lot of moskitos but in the house there are nets, so no blame to Sylvie this is great!

We had a pleasant stay. The place is peaceful and beautiful. The acute dead suite is very comfortable and the amenities are very convenient and well offered. We have no complaints. We highly recommend this location.

What to say about this place: magnificent view, serenity guaranteed, de-stressing, relaxing, very functional. It has everything. This magnificent cottage can only push us to come back. Marie Christine and Jean Robert's attentions are a pleasure. From the bottle of wine, to the bottles of water. Everything is designed to welcome us in great conditions. A little pinch in the heart when we left... with the desire to memorise this breathtaking view of the Thau pond. Thank you so much to our hosts for sharing this peaceful haven with us.

Beautiful place. Admire a sunrise over the lagoon directly from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the city square. Perfect! However, due to the situation, it is also quite a noise increase!
