Notre studio de 30m² propose un lit suspendu et une terrasse avec jacuzzi privatif accessible toute l'année, sans vis à vis dont vous pourrez profiter en toute intimité Cette chambre douillette et chaleureuse sera idéale pour passer une nuit romantique ou pour une pause détente dans une déco très personnelle et originale. Le jacuzzi peut être couvert en cas de pluie. 10% à partir de la 2ème nuit 25% pour 1 semaine

Studio cosy situé au 1er étage d'une résidence récente et sécurisée, à 150 mètres à pied de la gare Saint Roch. Est inclut une place de parking privée dans une cour fermée. Le studio est équipé d'une climatisation mobile. Vous disposez d'un grand ascenseur ; pratique pour les bagages. Le studio est très lumineux, il offre une pièce de vie chaleureuse et cosy de 20m2. Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

Je mets à la location mon studio lumineux de 34m2 avec une grande terrasse de 15m2. Salle de bain avec baignoire et machine à laver. Cuisine bien équipée séparée. Dans la pièce principale, 1 lit escamotable 2 places , plus un canapé convertible. Tv, décodeur, wifi. Climatisation/ chauffage . Possibilité parking 5€ par nuit en supplément ( tarif réduit pour les plus long séjours ) à préciser lors de votre réservation svp. Draps, couvertures et serviettes fournies.

Single room: table/armchair area that can be replaced by desk on request, TV, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, Nespresso capsules, tea, 140 x 200 bed for 1 or 2 adults. Mezzanine floor with 130 foam mattress for 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old max. (ceiling height of 1.50 m). Bed and bath linens available (free). Private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). Hours: 7:00 p.m./12:00 p.m. Do not book if Espace Sentein.

THE 2 SINGLE BEDS can be PUSHED TOGETHER or SEPARATED by a CURTAIN, to create TWO mini bedroom SPACES IN THE MAIN ROOM and maintain everyone's privacy.

Nice studio on the ground floor with garden, fully equipped with walk-in shower, kitchenette and Wi-Fi. Cozy and bright, close to all amenities (small shops, fast food, Géant Casino, Lidl...). Located south of the city in a quiet area, tram stop 5 min walk (St Roch station and city center 10 min). By car, easy parking, 15 min to the beach and immediate access to the A9. The beaches are also accessible by bus, stop 2 min away.

Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright T2 not overlooked with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk. Free parking is available in the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.

The "Montpellier Saint-Roch" train station is 10 minutes away and the tram (4 lines) is a 5-minute walk away. 4 underground parking lots within 500 m. Also within a 500 m radius, all the places to go out in the city of Montpellier (bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas, etc.)

This house is our main home that we make available to guests It is a 7-minute drive to the beaches and a 10-minute drive to downtown Montpellier The village is also served by a tram line that is a 10-minute walk from the property The new bus station is a 10-minute walk from the house It is a semi-detached house in a cul-de-sac: noise pollution is not allowed and it is not suitable for parties
