Monthly Rentals in Lewdown

We found our lodge to be central to the site and with no enclosed areas and having two dogs it was a case that each time they needed to go out it was on with the leads and down to the lake walk. On our arrival which was a Friday evening we were hoping for peace and tranquility however a neighbouring lodge was playing loud music and there was a party theme going on..which was disconcerting however the music and volume of voices seemed to be lowered at around 9pm, thankfully. The next two evenings of our stay were much more peaceful. The site itself is immaculate and well maintained. Better signage to assist walkers to find the lakeside walk would have been a real benefit, as it was it was somewhat of an adventure but that was fine. The hot tub was a bonus however just a little exposed but again as I said our lodge was right in the middle of the site.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s place! Carlo was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. The cabin was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back someday. Thanks again, Carlo!

Great few days at Stephen’s place. Superb central location to visit different places in Devon and Cornwall. Site was quiet and the caravan was just right for what we needed.

Carol was amazing! We had such a lovely stay. They were so helpful and the place was amazing! Would highly recommend.
