Located in a quiet side street. 5-minute walk to the shopping street (supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants). 2 kilometers to the cathedral as the crow flies, about 10 minutes by taxi to the trade fair.

The granny apartment is quietly located in a residential area, but still central. The train station is only 1.2 km away and can be easily reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. From there you can reach Cologne and Düsseldorf by train in just 15 - 20 minutes. The BayArena stadium is in the immediate vicinity (800 m). There is also a nice adventure pool & sauna here. The pedestrian zone of Leverkusen (1.1 km) offers a large shopping center with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.

A bright, comfortable 4th-floor attic filled with original art by your host. Entire private floor with cozy sleeping area and small bath with separate shower. Just 5 minutes by foot to Opladen train station and 16 minutes by train to Cologne (Köln Hbf). Cafés and shops nearby by foot. Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne
You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Located between Cologne and Düsseldorf, with very good connections to both cities. Cologne trade fair/Lanxess Arena. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.
