We occasionally rent our apartment with about 30 square meters of living space. It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but you will be in all of Cologne's top locations in no time, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the trade fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also the airport (20 minutes) or the highway (5 minutes).

Unser Gästehaus erstreckt sich über ca. 70 m² auf zwei Etagen und bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich ideal für Messegäste, Familien, Freunde, Monteure oder kleinere Gruppen. Drei komfortable Doppelbetten (jeweils 1,60 x 2,00 m) stehen in zwei Zimmern zur Verfügung und sorgen für eine angenehme Übernachtung. Eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 260 mit Direktverbindung zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof) sowie ein Supermarkt befinden sich nur etwa drei Gehminuten entfernt.

Detached, solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and small garden with terrace and barbecue. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace for use. Two bicycles are also available for free use (e.g. to go to the train station).

Free parking 3 minute walk next to Opladen Bahnhof. Just a 3-minute walk to Opladen train station and about 16 minutes by RB train to Cologne Central Station. There is no kitchen. A microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge are provided.

This beautiful apartment located in the center of Leverkusen, is just a few mintues walking to Rathaus-Galerie Shopping Center and Train and Bus Station. By train you can be in Cologne Center in 15 minutes, or as well 20 minutes to Düsseldorf Center. You can also have access by Train to the Köln Messe with a direct train from the Leverkusen Mitte Train Station near the apartment in only 15 minutes.
