Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Also Thai massage, beauty salon, restaurants, cafes, ...

A very centrally located single apartment of approx. 55 square meters, with a separate entrance. The apartment has two lockable bedrooms with electric external blinds, an open kitchen-living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. The kitchen with induction stove is fully equipped. Ideal for cooking, living and relaxing. There is also a terrace at ground level from the living room. Parking is available directly in the private parking lot in front of the entrance. There are also parking spots along the street.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Carl-Kaiser-Loft II - Solingen, near Ddorf, Cologne

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

"La Casita" with a small garden and terrace

Detached, solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and small garden with terrace and barbecue. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Welcome to our cozy, modern private attic apartment/suite. You will stay on a fully private floor with a combined sleeping and living area, as well as a modern bathroom with a separate shower. Free parking 3 minute walk next to Opladen Bahnhof. Just a 3-minute walk to Opladen train station and about 16 minutes by RB train to Cologne Central Station. There is no kitchen. A microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge are provided.

This beautiful apartment located in the center of Leverkusen, is just a few mintues walking to Rathaus-Galerie Shopping Center and Train and Bus Station. By train you can be in Cologne Center in 15 minutes, or as well 20 minutes to Düsseldorf Center. You can also have access by Train to the Köln Messe with a direct train from the Leverkusen Mitte Train Station near the apartment in only 15 minutes.

Our cozy guest house is about 70 m² on two floors. The property is ideal for trade fair guests, families, friends, fitters or small groups. There are 3 beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) for a total of 6 people. A bus stop (line 260 - direct connection to Cologne main station) and a supermarket (Edeka) are within 3 minutes' walking distance. Cologne Fair is 30 minutes away by bus.
