Villa holiday rentals in Leuven

Considering the language difference the communication was very good via AirBnb messages and Whats App. House was easy to find and it had a very homely feeling to it with plenty of space and a nice garden for some fresh air. Only 20 mins drive to centre of Brussels so was perfect for our break

We were a group of 8 people and could both rent apartments in the house. Located in a nice neighborhood, downtown is within walking distance (or by tram). Only downside of the location was that it was difficult to find a parking spot. Everything we needed was present in the house.

We had a lovely few days at Philip's beautiful home. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon entering, there was even a nicely decorated Christmas tree. Communication was smooth and very sympathetic.

It was just great!! The place is even nicer in real life than in the photos and you really don't need anything at all, everything is thought of on site! Via a closet full of different glass variants at the bar, a Jura machine, refrigerator, extra pillows, sheets and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, board games, Sonos installation with Spotify access throughout the ground floor, projector & screen, hot tub with wood - we will definitely be back!!!

A very nice place: large, spacious, bright. Everything is perfectly arranged, very clean and super functional. We felt right at home. Julie had set up sunbeds for us on the terrace, we were able to fully enjoy it given the superb weather for this weekend. Accommodation close to everything but quiet.

The place was perfect for us. The living room and kitchen are large and suitable for groups. Jérôme was very nice and very easy to reach. Unfortunately, we forgot the key at Airbnb, Jérôme took care of it very quickly and informed us very well. We were all very comfortable in the accommodation.

Had a pleasant stay in a well-kept spacious home. Small tip: extra mirror(s) provided. Only downside to the house: there is only 1 toilet. I can definitely recommend the stay 👍

A fairytale beautiful house that deserves the name "mansion". Located a little higher so you have a nice view. Cozy, luxurious decor with all the necessities. Large jacuzzi that is 37 degrees hot so even at the end of October good to use. Bedrooms with good beds and own bathroom and toilet. There is also a spacious bbq cabin . Not to mention: the area is very beautiful and quiet. Ideal for hikers. A top stay! We'll be back.

We felt so at home here that this turned into our second home in Belgium. Really enjoyed and had a great time. If there was anything we were wondering about, Julien responded to us right away. We hope to come back here!

We had a great week with our family in the beautiful property of Priscilla and Arnaud. Truly a little paradise with beautiful nature, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The house is very well laid out, the terrace a great place to sit and eat/read/talk, and the games rooms and cinema room are nice bonuses. The friendly and helpful support of Sylvain during our stay was much appreciated. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed at Anthony's villa with 6 adults, a child and a dog. As described, it is a well-equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in fully automatic coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired or the fridge that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. Absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. This allowed us to approach the last day of vacation in peace. Worth seeing in the area are Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive). All in all we had a very nice time at Anthony and Beas villa. Thanks for that!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

We spent a weekend away with our full football team and this house was perfect! Spacious enough for everyone, with plenty of privacy – you hardly heard each other, even though we were many. The interior is beautiful and well cared for, and there was plenty to entertain us. Everyone was enthusiastic and enjoyed. Highly recommended for large groups!

Lovely house! Very accessible and friendly host.

We stayed at Katleen’s beautiful house for 11 days while moving our son to Uni. It was large enough that each of our kids had their own space and bathroom to relax during this experience. It was conveniently located for us to travel and explore after the move along with plenty of parking for our cars. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you again, Katleen, for all of your hospitality.

Review: Lovely home in Heron We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Heron. From the moment we walked in, it felt like coming home. The house is spacious and offers every comfort. Lovely fireplace and great pool table. With four large bedrooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to retreat and to relax. The beds were fine and each room had plenty of closet space. The two well equipped bathrooms were a huge plus and everything was neatly clean. The living area is big and light, perfect for cozy evenings together. The kitchen is also spacious and fully furnished, only the hob was worthless and was difficult to cook well on. Wonderful garden with plenty of garden and also 8 garden chairs. Swimming pool present but unfortunately it was not good enough for swimming. In short: an ideal stay for families or groups looking for comfort, peace and space. We'd love to come back!

Nicolas is an excellent host The house is beautiful and spacious and with all the extras mentioned and more - pool, trampoline, garden games and games in the house. It was simply a pleasure for an amazing landing in Belgium. There is no problem getting along around the property also on foot and by public transport if not in a hurry

It was perfect. Djamila is very kind and responsive. Comfortable space with great bookshelf. Near Waterloo and restaurants and boulangeries. I highly recommend it!
