Holiday rentals with breakfast in Leuven

Wouter and Justine were incredible. I could not of asked for a better place to stay. They were welcoming , extremely helpful and kind. The place was as described, clean and in a nice location. I highly recommend. It is the only place I will stay when I come back, and strongly recommended to friends and family! Thank you so much, I hope to see you both again

We had a wonderful stay with our family at Stephane’s place for the Christmas holidays. He was very kind and responsive to all our questions and had lots of of suggestions of things to do in the neighbourhood. The place was in a quiet neighbourhood near the forest for walking. The house is cosy with the fireplace and the sauna was really relaxing. All the amenities are available for cooking. Truly recommended to spend a couple of relaxing days with the family.

We were very well hosted. Anne Charlotte was very responsive to all our requests. The accommodation is large, very convenient and tastefully decorated I find. The bedding was comfy, too. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks to our hosts!

David and very responsive we had a great stay the bedding and at 👌🏻 the top the little plus which is excellent is the breakfast offered by David the bakery and at 700m the excellent bread is really a significant plus. I would recommend the accommodation unseen. Thank you David

Such a lovely place. The pictures don't do this place justice. Tinne was incredible. So warm and sweet. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Wish we could've stayed longer. Our children loved Belgium so much and I know this stay added to our experience in Belgium.

A fantastic home in a wonderful environment in the heart of nature. Both Danny and Ilse were 10 with us throughout the stay, helping us in everything they could with a problem we had during the trip, which thanks to them we were able to fix on time. Very grateful to them for everything 100% recommended and would come back without hesitation if I had to stay again in the area.

We were welcomed in a quiet, peaceful and pleasant area. The accommodation is spacious, bright and well arranged. The hosts are nice, welcoming and available. We were extremely well looked after, even for a single night. Breakfast included in the quality and full price: savory, sweet, bread, cereals... I loved the place! Very cute with the signature Brussels views from the window as it is the last floor. If it's cold you can turn the heater on and it gets warm quite fast as it is a small and cute apartment. The owner had it all super clean and it was really easy to communicate with him. Last but not least it is conveniently located and the neighborhood is so cute!

Denisa's place is perfect for a family. It is also easily accessible as it's located on the ground floor, and Denisa provided all the support we needed, I fully recommend it!

The listing is as described overall. It can be seen that a creative person used to live here, the apartment is furnished with a soul. The apartment is not new, but everything you need is available and working, we were satisfied. Kate is a very welcoming and friendly host, quick to respond if you need anything.

During a week (solo)bike-pack I only stayed with Marie-Francoise for one night, but it was the best stay of my trip with head and shoulders! Such a spot that made my trip even better! From the charming house where you immediately feel at home and at the same time in a fairytale, the relaxing garden, the nice and inspiring conversations with Marie-Francoise and the most idyllic breakfast ever! Beautiful guest room, lovingly decorated with stylish ambience. A private bathroom is directly connected to the guest room. It is clean and well maintained with a comfortable shower and offers all the comforts with fresh hand and bath towels. Breakfast is lovingly served in a small breakfast room overlooking the beautiful garden. The delicious breakfast offers everything your heart desires. Choice of coffee or tea, fresh croissants and rolls, various jams, cheese and ham, cakes as well as fruits and herbs from the garden. Monique gives recommendations for excursions in the region and takes care of the guests warmly. The place is highly recommended and has a lovely and friendly private ambiance. Excellent value for money with the rich breakfast included in the price.
