You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, table football, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Ideal for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the vicinity, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation centre, which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

The place is perfect for a stay near Paris. Very fast to get to Paris by train. Parking is provided at the property. Easy walk to the train station about 3-5 minutes, trains leave about every 20 minutes to gare de Lyon. Bakery for fresh morning bread and croissants about 15 minutes walk. We really liked it. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host is very helpful and gives recommendations. Thank you very much. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Hanifa is very responsive and accommodating regarding arrival times. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the many steps and stairs (the house is on two floors, you enter through the basement). Sheets and towels are provided and impeccable, which is a big plus. The house is very well located, five minutes' walk from the RER train station and right next to shops. It's very convenient to be able to park two (small!) cars in front of the house, as street parking is paid.

Thanks to John for hosting us and for being responsive. I came with a friend for the weekend to disconnect and the place is ideal for that! We loved the exterior, the equipped kitchen and the bedrooms. A quiet and pleasant place. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay for 3 in François' tiny house was very pleasant. The house is very clean and well-equipped! The outside is really very pleasant on sunny days and quiet. The Senart forest is a few kilometres away and offers beautiful walks. Thank you François for your flexibility!

Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. Thanks to Sonia for her most friendly welcome the accommodation was decorated for our Christmas Eve.... The house is spacious, well heated, clean and with plenty of storage. Just come with your suitcases and enjoy the calm that reigns there.

Beyond a very pleasant and friendly welcome, the accommodation is particularly well suited to accommodate tenants (independent entrance, view of the garden without interference with the owner). The layout of the space is modern, clean, and functional. I would definitely recommend it.

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.
