Très belle villa tout confort pleine vue mer située le long de l’avenue de la Grande Côte qui va du centre de St Palais vers les plages. Magnifique vue sur les carrelets de la crique du Concié en direction de la plage de la Grande Côte. Plages du Platin et de la Grande Côte à quelques minutes à pieds et départ du beau sentier du littoral (chemin des douaniers) face à la villa. Commerces accessibles à pied, et navette des plages à deux pas. Pour des vacances idéales entre amis ou en famille !
