Beachfront holiday rental in Les Mathes

Very nice, very bright apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was dreary! it was convenient). It's easy to park nearby in April. Well equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The double key is always appreciated in the absence of a lockbox. Very nice host.

Thank you Magalie and Sébastien for your welcome. The Mobil home is perfect, nothing is missing and is close to several sites to discover on the coast. A nice long weekend from Toussaint.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the necessary comforts and very clean. Very pleasant terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike paths, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will come back to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Great accommodation, consistent with the photos, clean and spacious. Enjoy both the large spaces inside and the outdoors. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. I recommend it.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

We stayed with four adults and two children for a week at Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The kids played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or out on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is beautiful, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the bakery, you have to take this path. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was fantastic!!!

Accommodation as expected , clean and spacious. The campsite is nice and so is the staff. The nearby beaches are very beautiful, as well as the bike paths that allow for great walks. The small downside can be the noise on some nights until late hours. Indeed, there is no curfew established by the campsite. Knowing how to live and discretion from a certain hour are not yet assimilated by the many teenagers who wander in the evening . Otherwise very nice stay , to be recommended.

Located inside the Golf, very quiet place with garden, allowing you to rest under the pine trees. The apartment is fully functional and well-equipped. The beautiful Cordouan pine beach is accessed by a bike/pedestrian path, which is very nice when you don't want to be in the middle of cars. Brigitte and Daniel are very welcoming. In short, our stay went very well.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay. The apartment is amazing: comfortable, very well equipped, beautiful view… everything was perfect, really perfect. We recommend it 100%!

Apartment ideally located 50 metres from Nauzan beach. Easily accessible parking and popular bike garage.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

We had a great time, Barbara is very friendly. Downtown within walking distance, for the beach we took the car and never had any difficulty parking which is very nice.
