Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living room with an additional single bed, satellite TV, bathroom and separate toilet.

Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.
