We had a great time, the owners are exceptionally kind, we have a great welcome. The house matches the photos nothing to say is necessary. We had a great time in Avignon! Very good communication from start to finish. The house is great and super nice! Between the jaccuzi, the plancha and the beautiful setting. I totally recommend this place if you want to decompress your daily life!

We had a wonderful time at Luc's place. Great location, quiet, in a cul-de-sac with magnificent ocean views. We were wonderfully greeted by Claire and all the instructions were well explained. The spa is a real plus (especially with a big day of work). Thank you.

This place and its host are something very special. You feel so welcome and Didier always sweetened our time with tips and nice conversations. The accommodation invites you to discover, is very artfully and comfortably furnished. It exudes a very specific charm, really dreamy. Surely there will be more to discover the next time you visit. The place is really inspiring and the tranquility of the house coupled with the peaceful surroundings make you forget the stress of everyday life.

Very nice mobile home, vintage but extremely well maintained, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, location that preserves privacy, huge terrace very nice, there were 6 of us and we didn't step on each other 😁 The hosts are charming, available and do not lack delicate little touches towards their tenants😍. The only catch is that 4G doesn't always work and the pool is undersized for the number of vacationers in high season but there are plenty of other activities to do and the ocean is nearby, by bike on the bike paths it's very easy and pleasant to get there! There you have it, I recommend this place 200%!

Very nice stay on the island of Oleron at Sonia's. The accommodation is very cozy close to the beach and allows you to enjoy the island in peace. It has everything you need for cooking and we were able to enjoy the terrace. A real joy. Sonia was very hospitable. We enjoyed the little ones upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back. A real relaxing moment in a beautiful setting.

Excellent stay and in addition, the weather was exceptional. Perfect week.

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of things to do and she won't be on your back. She also loves animals, which makes her a good person.

The place was clean when we arrived. We did not lack anything during our stay. The small plus, the cleaning and the sheets included in the rental as well as the location. In addition, Bruno is very responsive when needed, so it's very easy.

Guillaume and Magali are very welcoming hosts and contact is very easy. The house fully matches the description and was very clean. Close to the sea (about 20 min walk) and in a peaceful village. We were 5 adults and had a lovely stay on Ile d 'Oléron 😊

The group had a great time at Marie-Claude's house. Already by the welcome of our host who is friendly, responsive and accommodating. Then the house is perfect, spacious, very clean, well equipped and well decorated. It is easy to access and in a good location, with the beach and a large wooded park nearby. Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

Diana and I were super happy with the place. Floki (our dog) got along great with the friendly Lola (her dog). Really great! The place was super clean, the amenities are great and the best part is, the landlords are totally accommodating and sweet. Really! Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the weather, but it is clean and a nice size. The bakery in the village is really highly recommended, especially the little chocolate cakes! 😍 It was a great stay! PS: The kitchen is well equipped and the dog can roam freely on the premises without being able to escape :)

The cottage at Benoit's and unbeatable where we had a nice week. There is everything in the House. The filling of the House and just crockling and the view. The owners are kind and adorable. If you like tranciliter, the noise of the birds ,the grass ,the pool so we'll come back here we'll get it back on .

Ideally located, quiet, well-equipped and functional house, with an exterior not overlooked, a beautiful swimming pool. The sea is about 200 meters away, you can walk, to go to the market or small shops. We hope to come back, for a new family stay, because everyone enjoyed it (young and old).

- Owner Kate is very responsive - I rented all the houses for a week with a group of friends (adults, young adults and teenagers). - Perfect hybrid configuration for all guests with an environment that can allow each or different groups to live at their own pace or to do phases of all together (meal, convivial moment, sports activities, barbecue, etc.) - Very clean and well equipped accommodations - Very nice swimming pool and solarium - Excellent welcome and availability from Rachel during the stay I recommend Note the need to have a car to be self-sufficient. No shops within walking distance close to the rental.

We had an exceptional stay in Nathalie's beautiful house for an EVG! The house is really perfect, everything is as described, and to top it all off, the indoor pool (big big positive point with an ideal temperature) is actually bigger than it appears in the photos! The kitchen is also nickel, well sized (in terms of size and equipment) for a house of this size. Same for sleeping arrangements. Contact with Nathalie is easy, we quickly got all the answers to our questions. The same applies for Jean Christophe who was there for our welcome and departure. In short, an unforgettable stay and EVG!
