Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Les Mathes

A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very nice, well decorated, functional, perfect for a large family or friends. Everything you need is available when you have a child (crib, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, lots of toys, books...). The host is responsive, gave us a lot of tips and precise directions. The accommodation is very well-located, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Thank you for all the comfort your home brought to our stay. It was very much appreciated, especially with a one and a half year old baby.

Ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends. Located close to the seaside, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, we loved the wild and peaceful environment. The house is very well equipped, each bedroom has a bathroom and a toilet, there are three large sleeping areas. We stayed with three small children and the accommodation was perfectly suitable and safe for them. We loved staying for the weekend, we will come back with great pleasure!

We rented Virginie's accommodation as accommodation for one night for a wedding and it was ideal. Comfortable and well-equipped, we will remember the address to come back for a holiday as a couple on occasion :) the surrounding villages are very beautiful and the estuary offers beautiful landscapes. I recommend it!

We had a great stay, Emmanuelle is very nice, very responsive to messages. We really recommend the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. As advertised, the staircase is "steep"😉. You have to hold on tight to go down. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, traditional oven, Nespresso coffee machine), and has large volumes, which is an asset for a vacation, where everyone needs space in a family of 2 parents and 2 young children. Shops are nearby, the supermarket is accessible by car in 10 minutes. Privately, we gave our host some suggestions for improvement, but it's very personal, everyone has their own lifestyle. Thank you for a great family vacation. We recommend it.

Perfect accommodation for our short stop in the region for the weekend! The cottage is nice and well-equipped and the welcome by one of the team members was very warm I recommend it!

Clean accommodation, self check-in, but host nevertheless very available if needed. Accommodation 20 minutes from La Rochelle. This allows you to have a quiet base in the surrounding countryside. I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant week despite random weather. Things to do nearby for everyone House well suited to our multi-generation family. The 3 bathrooms are a real highlight . Fabrice was very nice and responsive to each of our requests. Thank you!!

The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay in this villa nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with breathtaking views of the Gironde. The house is a haven of peace, with no immediate neighbors, while being only minutes from the village. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it perfectly accommodated our family of 8. Every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and friendliness, and the soothing setting made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for vacations for families or groups of friends. At our level we are thinking of staying there this summer to enjoy the pool area which is amazing!!

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful location. We did a lot of walking, in the centre of Fouras, which is accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Very good stay in Françoise's accommodation which corresponded in all respects to the descriptions. Very good welcome from Floriane who was very friendly and available. We will definitely return to Françoise's during a possible stay on the Ile d'Oléron

We had very good exchanges with Fabienne and her husband. The accommodation is very clean and suitable for weekends with a large family.

We had a great time in Guillaume's nice and quiet house. The accommodation is well equipped, located near the beautiful beaches, we enjoyed the markets of Cheray and La Bree, everything is nearby. He is a very friendly, responsive, caring host and full of good tips for discovering the island. We would unreservedly recommend this address and its host 👍🏻👍🏻
