Le cartier est tranquille et toutes les rues sont également sécurisés avec caméras de ville 🎥 L’appartement est à 5 minutes à pied du métro ligne 5: restaurants , supermarchés, boucherie, boulangerie, épicerie... Non fumeur. Cartier calme, voisins en bas âges, pas de musique, personnes calmes uniquement.

Apartment of 46 m 2. 160 bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in 140 in the living room (very comfortable purchased in 2022) The apartment overlooks the back of the building, there is no noise except that of the birds. There is a flowered balcony. I live in this apartment year-round, so it is fully equipped! Access to the metro is very close ( line 5 to 7 minutes ) . You can also go to Paris by bike following the canal (20 minutes of walking on a beautiful bike path )
