Higher Millbarn is a recent addition to a 15th century Millhouse situated near the River Fowey. Milltown itself is in an area of outstanding natural beauty in an idyllic setting in a sought after rural hamlet. The property has just been refurbished to a very high standard and comprises of two double bedrooms, open plan kitchen with lounge diner, bathroom and private patio with picturesque views over wonderful gardens over looking pretty streams all within three acres of woodland and fields.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Stay in part of our farmhouse . We are on a working farm 1 .5 miles from the picturesque village of Lerryn. Great for families or friends for those getting married at nearby Tredudwell Manor . Ideal for exploring the nearby south west coast path and it’s beautiful beaches Lansallos and Lantic Bay . Talland and Readymoney beach are great for kids . Relax and unwind with a treatment during you stay . Therapeutic Reflexology or massage available.

Little Wooda, lovely countryside views

Little Wooda is a small detached open plan cottage with countryside views. It has a king bed, sofa, tv, bathroom with electric shower and kitchen area that includes fridge, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and table top hob. Double doors at the back open up on to a patio with table, chairs, gas bbq, small fire pit and garden beyond. There's an entrance porch area for jackets and shoes and private parking area.
