The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Thank you very much and maybe see you next time in a warmer period when we can enjoy the pool.

We stayed one night at Benjamin's place, it was really great! The decoration is very cocooning, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very good too and Benjamin was available before, during and after the stay to provide us with all the information to have a good stay!

Had a great time at Sylvia's place. She was warm, welcoming, and considerate. Her space is finely decorated and compliant with photos. There are everything you need to cook and make coffee when you arrive. The bed is extremely comfortable. The accommodation is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. It is located 5 minutes from the beach on foot and 5 minutes from bike shops. I appreciate the availability of bicycles to visit the island. We will be happy to return:) You can choose this accommodation without hesitation.

We were very pleased with the stay in this charming house and enjoyed the hospitality. If you are looking for calm, you will be won over. The beach is very close as well as the city of Noirmoutier. Bike rides are always nice even in this fall season. You can park your bikes, a place is provided.
