Very nice, well decorated and well-equipped house and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING. Sainte Marie is an adorable village. The coastal path that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location, right next to the sea, is ideal for access. The house is decorated with great taste combining refinement and comfort. The exterior is just as charming with a superb (and large) swimming pool to relax in. Thank you for the welcome and flexibility on our arrival as well as our departure. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful little house restored in a top setting, you can leave the car and do everything on foot and by bike, ideal for the family. as a bonus the small garden completely enclosed and not overlooked. Marjolaine and her family were super welcoming and very accommodating, a real pleasure to connect with them either before or during the stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Babeth's cottage. We enjoyed the pool and jaccusi. What a delight! The cottage is well appointed and functional in a bucolic space of all beauty. The place is beautiful. We had a very nice weather allowing us to eat outside. Just note for his suitcase that the bath towels are not provided but our host had notified us by message. We'll be happy to go back.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. Spent the last few days of the summer here, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend going to the island of Noirmoutier for some great restaurants. The house itself is super spacious and comfortable even on rainy days. The host is also very responsive (even if you cant speak French.. Tip use sms and google translate!!) so overall a great place!!! Would recommend

Marion is a really charming, attentive and available host. His house is exactly as in the photos: very spacious, modern, comfortable and bright. The environment is ideally quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with access to the forest and not far from the beach. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

Very nice cottage with cozy decor, very well equipped and very clean! Maëva and Cyrille go the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. Ideal location to discover in a few days the seaside of Pornic in Saint Brévin (trails) and the large beaches, located a few hundred metres' walk away. We had a wonderful stay in this charming holiday home! The location is really fantastic – once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is functionally furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the division of the rooms: the toilet is located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with reduced mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home, which we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

On the occasion of a weekend with friends to discover the island, we had a great stay in Christopher and Clarisse's accommodation. In line with the photos and our expectations, the proximity to the sea is an obvious asset. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean, and communication from the time of booking until departure was easy.

Friendly and responsive, Odile was waiting for us in her pretty house, quiet, spacious, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The bedding is really great, nothing missing! Location for the car is a plus. We are delighted with our stay and highly recommend this property.
