IMPORTANT: Duplex accommodation with a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. For reasons of comfort and safety, it is more suitable for adults and children over 4 years of age who are already independent (no childcare equipment) or for 2 couples. Linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. Insurance: provide a holiday insurance certificate. Off-season 2 nights minimum. From 1/07 to 30/08, weeks only, 7 nights.

Cottage with heated pool & play areas

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Waterfront

We are offering part of our carefully renovated house for rent. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with an eco-friendly swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, and we have a private courtyard for motorbikes. Breakfast is available on request for an additional €8.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5-hectare green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lake Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities accessible 40 m away by car. 18 people maximum (max 14 adults + children. No noisy celebrations or events. July/August, minimum 6 nights.

Nestled in a green setting on the heights of La Bridoire, we will be delighted to welcome you to this beautiful new one-story two-room apartment with a private garden and views of the forest and our donkeys, who are present in the park from time to time. Within walking distance you will find a bakery a tobacconist press a pharmacy as well as a shopping area within a 10 min drive. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, ...)

A break by the lake, alone or as a couple

This is a new studio with private access, independent of our home. The accommodation is attached to our house by the garage wall. It consists of a kitchen and small living room on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Close to Lake Aiguebelette and in particular Sougey beach within walking distance. A beautiful place to stop and discover our beautiful region between lakes and mountains. "Lac d'Aiguebelette" highway exit is nearby.
