Next to the mill is a bike path where you can start immediately. The mill has an exceptional kitchen that is ideal for cooking together. Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a room-climbing grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
