The city center, the open-air stage, the outdoor pool and a beautiful hiking area on the Hermannsweg are within walking distance.

The half-timbering and bricks give the house its rustic charm, which tells a story of over 100 years. In the 1990s, the property was rebuilt in a new position and has since been renovated several times.
