There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

Lovely lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Walking distance to shopping, the city centre, restaurants and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming.
