The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Holiday home borderland

The "Ferienhaus Grenzland" in Schweix has 110 square meters of living space and is located directly on the French border and in the immediate vicinity of the Palatinate Forest. The rooms are all bright and friendly. Even in the rain, a cozy stay on the covered terrace and in the entrance area with a large window front is possible. There is enough space for five guests in the dining and living area. Books and games are available. Bedrooms with 5 beds and bathroom are located on the first floor.

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Hunting Lodge 1742 · Retreat in Palatinate Forest

The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

The approx. 180 sqm apartment with extensive garden and two terraces is located in the center of Lemberg above a former shop. The apartment has two bathrooms, each with separate toilets. There is an infrared sauna in one of the bathrooms. A large garage for cars or motorcycles and two parking spaces are located in the courtyard. The central location serves as an ideal starting point for hikes, motorcycle and bicycle trips to the Palatinate Forest and nearby Alsace.

This log cabin is a perfect delicate balance between modern comfort and immersion in the heart of nature. Equipped with a queen size bed of 160 x 200 cm. Crossing light with forest view and pond view. A small refrigerator, combination oven, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this log cabin. To relax, you can slip into your semi-underground Nordic bath on your terrace.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
