Op loopafstand vindt u vele restaurants, boulevard met strand en haven, een gezellig stadscentrum met winkels en horeca. Het Dolfinarium is op loopafstand. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal.
