The towns of Hoorn and Enkhuizen have terraces and eateries. With beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. Nice terraces and eateries. Kitesurfing spot 10 minutes' drive away. Keukenhof 55 minutes by car. 3 minutes by car golf course Westwoud. New!! Porch with stove view on the garden and meadows. Entirely private!

Close to 2 stations in Hilversum, just 20 minutes away from Amsterdam and 30 minutes from Utrecht by train. On ground floor, complete with private bathroom & toilet, separate entry, washing machine, and a small pantry with electric kettle, fridge, coffee maker, sandwich maker and a microwave. The guest house has NO kitchen and NO breakfast. The supermarkets, restaurants, city center, bus station, and train stations are within short walking distance. There is NO FREE PARKING nearby.

This unique home is built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the outskirts of forest and sand drift. Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the surrounding area. Downstairs, everything is on the same floor. People with disabilities are welcomed as well. (Host assistance, may be available based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for assistance dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

Lelystad is centrally located and within 45-60min you are already in the most beautiful cities: Amsterdam, Amersfoort and Utrecht. The second bedroom will be made available at the request. Op 5 kilometer van het stadshart van Emmeloord ligt onze boerderij (in bedrijf). Op de eerste etage is het gastenverblijf bestaande uit twee kamers met eigen opgang, wc en douche. Recreatief of zakelijk, u voelt zich thuis bij ons op de boerderij. Op de boerderij is een hond; Bobby een lieve loebas. Op werkdagen is Stevi er ook vaak, de hond van onze zoon.
