The apartment is charming, with lots of space and plenty of amenities for a couple of nights’ stay. Very well located near the tram - but quiet at night!

Excellent Place to Stay Iain’s place was perfect for our trip. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the tram and surrounded by great restaurants. It’s only minutes by tram to the Royal Mile, so you’re close to all the action without being in the middle of the chaos. Leith is a beautiful and peaceful area, and staying here gave us the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4, as we visited family living in Leith. Location was great, the living room is a really good size so we didn’t feel cramped. Everything was clean and kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Importantly for us, the sofa bed was easy to use and comfortable. We would recommend!

Very nice warm and well-equipped apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Nearby and reliable bus tour (city center in 15 to 20 minutes). Alison was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had three wonderful days in Leith and Edinburgh!!!! Thanks Alison!!!!!
