Great accommodation, close to Edinburgh via car. The place was very organised and prepared well for our check in. Felt very welcomed. The room is private and away from the house with a private entrance so that was great.

We had a great time in Edinburgh. The house is very beautiful and is next to the bus stops and a 10min walk from the tram. So it's easy to get to the center. The house is large and sleeps several people! Small + that makes the difference… each bedroom has its own bathroom! Host is very responsive and welcoming! Thank you Guy

We loved staying here, very easy entry but was down stairs in the cellar so was a tad slippy and dark. The room was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Smelt amazing when you walked in and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfy and cozy, very nice and warm room perfect for December in Edinburgh! Bathroom was perfect too and we even had a little side room for our bag and coats off our bedroom which was nice to have things out the way. Great location next to the park and a very easy walk to town/ train station and bus links. Would 100% recommend this place to stay.

We had wonderful days in Edinburgh. We arrived in a beautiful clean apartment with all its own bathroom and lovely beds. The location was fantastic, you look out on Arthur's seat. You can easily walk through the park to the Holyroodpalace. The house was fully equipped. If we go to Edinburgh again, we will definitely come back to Mike's. Mike thank you for your good care

Will and Kate were amazing hosts of our dream vacation in Edinburgh. House is at the hearth of the city center, walking distance to everywhere. Very peaceful and silent neighbourhood. The room was very warm, clean and comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We felt like we are at home from the first night. We booked with Emily for the week of our wedding in Edinburgh and would without a doubt return again for future trips. Emily was nothing but accommodating and gracious in her hosting. There are clear instructions upon arrival, well thought out recommendations for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding boroughs, and she was easy to reach if we needed her beyond that. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated to highlight the property's charm and character, and served as a fantastic base for us to rest after long days of exploring the city. We couldn't wait to get back and sink into the comfortable bed each night! We got ready here the morning of our wedding and will cherish it always. The facilities available were fantastic and well maintained, with a well equipped space for cooking, a large comfortable bath and a spacious rainfall shower. We really felt at home for the duration of our stay and say if you're thinking about booking you, you won't be disappointed.

This is the perfect spot to rest your head after a day exploring the city! Lots of space for a couple or a family. The neighborhood is safe and quiet so you can get a good night's rest. About a 20/30 minute uphill walk to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Great location near buses and also to explore the Stockbridge area.

Very clean & comfortable apartment. Very accessible to Edinburgh city centre, buses close by & only 15mins from the airport by taxi/uber. Overall we had a great stay in a very clean & comforatble appartment with all the amenitites we could possibly need! Roy was a great host, very helpful & he checked in with us to ensure all was ok

My husband, son and I had such a wonderful stay at Emma's place! The location was perfect- very close to everything by foot (and probably tram, but we just walked everywhere) but just around the corner from the action so the street was quiet and we all slept well. The house itself is a beautiful and comfortable home with high ceilings and lots of light on the first floor and cozy sleeping on the top. I'm a long time Airbnb host and really appreciate when a home is personal and styled for use, which this is, at the same time being very clean and comfortable. Also- the suggestions that Emma included in the house book were incredibly helpful! We ate at most of the restaurants and had fantastic meals! Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel managed apartment, the accommodation is spacious, very clean. If you want to cook know that it is equipped like a hotel, no essentials, no towels, no sponges. However, there are all the products for the shower. The hotel staff are responsive and very attentive. If we arrive before they agree to take our luggage pending. The service is impeccable.

We absolutely loved this place. We landed in Edinburgh around 7am and the check-in wasn't until 3pm. But the host was super considerate and allowed us to check in early. He even met us there and greeted us with a big smile. He was very thorough about everything - near by restaurants, grocery markets etc. Everytime we ran into any issues, he was quick to respond. Out of all the places we have stayed, this is the first time we got to personally interact with the host which was amazing! The house was pretty much at the perfect spot - a quick walk to the store, near by bus stops, and alot of restaurants. They provided us with alot of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen utensils etc. The place was super clean and peaceful and felt like home. Would definitely recommend!

We felt very welcomed by Andrius and the gorgeous super friendly cat Michael was also at the door when we arrived. Great place. Quiet. Andrius is very friendly and accomodating. Even if we rented just the room Andrius was very welcoming and we felt like we had been welcomed at a friend's house. Warm room and super spacious and comfy kind bed. We recommend! The house is extremely well kept, the instructions are clear and easy and the hosts are considerate! This charming house delighted us as much because of its clean and cozy interior as its geographical location. We had a perfect stay for 2 nights. Rachel was very friendly and helpful. Our rental car could be parked nearby 👍🏻 The rooms were clean. Good beds. Nice shower. Best part is the location near the new town. Recommended ++ PS just read a review about mice. We did not see any mice. Everything was just perfectly clean.
