Welcome to my beautiful, tranquil and spacious flat in the heart of Leith. My apartment is newly decorated and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

A Bright modern flat in the vibrant area of Leith. My flat is situated at the foot of Leith Walk. Leith is famous for its community feeling and openness and has a diverse range of pubs, cafes and restaurants along the entire strip. The scenic Shore area is a ten minute walk away. The Edinburgh trams now run a service direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment. The stop is at the Foot of the Walk, less than 3 minutes away. The trams also stops at both city centre train stations.

Please note this is our own home which we let out when on holiday, not a dedicated self-catering flat. The space is or 2 adults and 1 child under 10 (plus baby/toddler) max, not 3 adults. Flat features a large double bedroom, a single child bedroom, a bathroom, and a large bright open plan eating and living area overlooking a beautiful 17th century chapel. The flat is a minute walk from the famous Shore with its bars and restaurants, and close to parks and playgrounds.

Impeccable stay!! We stayed at Mark and Antonio’s place for two nights. It’s out of our expectations - wonderful house, super friendly host, SPARKLING CLEAN!! It’s a classy & top-notch Airbnb experience (hard to find nowadays). The room is so well-decorated. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to travel to Edinburgh. Cleanliness: sparkling clean, even cleaner than any hotels we stayed at on our trip! Check-in: very easy Location: loved the location! Close to both water walk of Leith and the ocean. Not far from the old town as well. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. Beddings: beds are super comfy, feels very new. Amenities: Mark offered us a wide range of teas when we arrived. Also the latest Nespresso machine available for coffee anytime. Special shout out to the recommendations put together by Mark and Antonio. We followed them and had a great experience at Toast, Roseleaf, and fish market! A true hidden gem, wish to visit again soon!

Recently had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. The location of the flat is great and easy to locate. The flat was lovely, clean and exactly how it was described in the ad. Gary made us feel right at home throughout the duration of the stay. Gary is a great host who made the whole b&b experience easy and comfortable from start to finish. Gary gave us a lot of recommendations of different restaurants and things to do that were local to the flat, which was a great help. We would definitely look at coming back to stay with Gary in Leith/Edinburgh again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone who’s wanting to stay in Leith!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely room! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the place was very clean and quiet. Our host, Scott, was extremely kind and welcoming—he personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a detailed introduction to the room. To our surprise, Scott even prepared delicious and fresh breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! Everything was just perfect. The location is also great—only a 15-minute tram ride to the city center, making it easy to reach all the popular attractions. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again. Thank you, Scott, for your hospitality!

I can't say enough how lovely a place this is to stay. It's close to Leith Walk along the very green Leith Links near the tram and bus but also very walkable. Yuri was welcoming and made helpful suggestions for places to visit. The flat is very nicely decorated and feels like a home away. And Yuri and Michael were a pleasure to talk with. I hope to stay again the next time I visit Edinburgh.
