Ob als simples "Dach über den Kopf" oder als ein entspannter Spot zum Ruhen auf meiner Couch mit dem Entertainment-System. Ich bin mir sicher die Wohnung sagt euch in jeder Hinsicht zu, da sie auch sehr zentral liegt und alles was man braucht in unter 10 Minuten zu erlaufen, bzw. zu erfahren ist. Gelegentlich wohnt eine Katze bei mir. Natürlich versuche ich vor eurem Aufenthalt alles so gründlich wie möglich zu reinigen, aber es wäre besser, wenn ihr keine Katzenhaarallergie habt.

*neu ab 2025* Markkleeberg erhebt neuerdings eine Beherbungssteuer, deren Höhe 5% vom Gesamtpreis beträgt. Aus diesem Grund mussten wir die Preise anpassen. Jetzt zurück zur Wohnungsbeschreibung... Die Wohnung umfasst etwa 35 m² und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf: - eine voll eingerichtete kleine Küchenzeile, - Bad mit Dusche und WC (Rundumsanierung 2024), - kostenloses WLAN, - Sat-TV (insgesamt 2 Fernseher - in jedem Zimmer einer), - 2 Fahrräder und vieles mehr.

Lovely two rooms apartment with a lot of light, sun set view and greenery out the window. Neatly decorated with vibrant and colorful vintage furniture making it a cozy and a stylish place to stay. Situated in a calm street right at the corner of Karl-Heine-Straße where bars, restaurants and cafes are plenty to choose from. Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Hübsche Altbauwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Direkt im lebendigen Plagwitz gelegen. Es gibt viele kleine Kneipen und Galerien gleich um die Ecke und der Kanal und der Kanal ist auch nicht weit. Der Clarapark ist fußläufig erreichbar, das Stadtzentrum und der Kulkwitzer See sind mit der Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung kann man auch zu dritt nutzen.
